Back In Gear
I have been on a weight-loss journey for the past couple of months. My highest weight was 158 and this morning I weighed in at 136.6. I have definitely seen major improvement but I am not done! My original goal weight was 130, but as I am getting closer to hitting it I am reconsidering and thinking a goal weight of 120 might be nice. I guess I’ll just see how I feel if I can ever get to 130. Last week was a pretty bad week for me. I only exercised twice and I pretty much ate whatever I wanted which just so happened to be everything in sight. Today I woke up and decided to get back to dieting full-swing. I woke up at about 6:00 and went for a run. I think I ran about 2.5 miles. Next time I’ll be sure and take my Nike+ so I’ll know for sure. It felt great but it started to get really hot towards the end. I came home, hopped in the shower, ironed my husbands clothes, packed his lunch and kissed him on his way out of the door to work. It was a great way to start my day and really has impacted my choices so far (in a good way). Dinner might be a challenge tonight because Sam and I are going to the Diamondbacks game tonight and we have to get dinner either on the way or at the stadium. I’m a little nervous about it. I am feeling extremely motivated to get to my goal weight and I am excited to hopefully see some results! Until next time…
